Mikhail Lopushanski has over 24 years of industry experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, audit, risk, and information security. He has worked in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia in both public and private sectors. Some of the organisations he has worked with/for include the NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd, Auditor General of Canada, City of Westminister (UK), Audit Services (UK), NHS Trust (UK), Lord Chancellors Department (UK), National Audit Office (UK), and Roads and Traffic Authority (NSW).
Over the past 14 years, Mikhail has focused on strategic planning, information security management, corporate governance, audit, risk, and forensic investigations.
Mikhail has a degree in Mathematics with specialisation in Information Systems and Accountancy and has completed a post graduate diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. He holds several industry certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and is a Chartered Secretary (ACSA/ACIS)
